What to Expect
The class begins with a dynamic warm-up that activates your legs, core, and shoulders. From there, your instructor introduces the fundamental strikes of Muay Thai: jabs, crosses, hooks, roundhouse kicks, knees, and elbow strikes. Each technique is broken down step by step, so you build proper form before adding speed or power.
The second half shifts to pad work and combination drills, where you put techniques together against a partner or the instructor holding Thai pads. The pace is challenging but scalable. Whether you train regularly or have never thrown a punch, the instructor adjusts to your level. You will leave drenched in sweat, lighter in the mind, and sharper in the body.
