At Florece Pilates you'll find a Classical Pilates studio — a private, comfortable, and professional space. Founded in 2017, it is the first Pilates studio in Puerto Escondido with apparatus such as the Reformer and Cadillac. Head instructor and founder Fernanda is certified by the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) and has trained under Sonje Mayo, Jerome Weinberg, Peter Fiasca, Ernesto Reynoso, Fabien Menegon, Gloria Gasper, and Kathryn M. Ross-Nash. She also holds a certification in Pilates 4 Parkinson's.
